Management at the Coordinating Site
The management of the COLUMBUS project will
be carried out under the responsibility of UCAM. A local
project monitoring committee will supervise the progress in
the project and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The coordinating team will be responsible for:

Acting as a pivot between the
Commission and the project partners
(including contract negotiation). |

Scheduling and administration
of the project progress meetings.

Preparation and distribution
of the meeting minutes. |
 |
Monitoring of the progress of
individual work packages and deliverables. |
 |
Coordination of the
dissemination effort (including publications
and the COLUMBUS web site) |
 |
Preparation of the final
deliverable summarizing the contribution of
COLUMBUS. |
Work Package Leaders
The work package leaders will be
responsible for the running and administration of
individual work packages. They will interact with
the coordinating team to ensure the smooth progress
of the overall project and the seamless flow of
information between the project partners and the
Commission. The specific duties of the work package
leaders will be:

Scheduling, running and
administration of the work package kickoff
and progress meetings. |

Preparation and distribution
of the minutes of these meetings. |

Coordination of the
preparation of the work package
deliverables. |
 |
Coordination of the
contributions of the individual work
packages to the overall deliverables of the
project. |
